Spokane is the second largest city in Washington state, the third largest city in the Pacific Northwest region of the United States, the metropolitan centre of the Inland Northwest, is located on the east side of Washington state, and has a population of 450,000. Located 270 miles east of Seattle (4 hour drive) and 20 miles west of the Idaho border.
